Hi dear friends!

Where is here? It is the way coming back to home❤️
Today I had another blood test ,not so bad but still not normal!
Will have a check for next week again!

Hi every one!
Today Malus had another blood test and the result was really much better than before❤️ the vet told me it is not from his liver straightly. It is because of his gallbladder seems little bit swollen and it effects to his liver.
He said recently it becoming very popular among dogs and cats and still nobody knows the exact reason! The most things that vets are thinking about that is dog and cats food( maybe)
Before it was popular to use one kind of food for pets but now because of the effects it’s better to change the food sometimes. Even for good and famous brands as well!
Malus will have another test for next week. Also taking medicine for another one week….

“What, that small, tiny ,unclear taste things you mean???”

“Yes ,Malus! I know you don’t like them but you have to!!!”
“…………..”

Once again thank you so much dear friends for staying with me and for your kind thoughts and supports❤️ I don’t know how to appreciate to you, words are not enough ….
I just did a little sketch , sending my feeling to you all dear friends ❤️❤️❤️

  1. My dear Malus, it makes me so happy to know that you are feeling better. Kiss your little nose ❤️ Dear Violet, your sketch is very touching, so gentle and caring. Lovely pictures, Malus is “flying”! :-)❤️

  2. Hi Malus, I’m SO glad you are getting better, you are looking much more like yourself too 🙂 Violet – my cat Max was recently very ill too and in hospital – it was his gall bladder ! Yes, a lot could be due to food, the vet said feeding the same food, day in, day out, can cause the body to create allergens, which the body reacts against and causes illness.. Also, I spoke to a cat food specialist who said most (even top brands) cat foods contain lots of cereal and grains (to bulk the food up) , but cats naturally would not eat cereals/grains and it is hard for them to digest properly, causing problems especially as cats get older. I have switched to food which has no cereals/grains (It was hard to find one!) – here it is called Applaws – there is a “complete” dry food and a wet supplement (Max loves the Ocean Fish one, it is all he would eat when faced with force feeding in hospital). Max has been eating just these since coming out of hospital and I cannot believe the difference, playing more, enjoying his food more than I have ever seen, and I can tell, much happier than before he was ill. Hope this helps Violet. I share it as I was desperate when Max was ill with gall bladder and he is so much better now, (following medication and) with different food, and I hope our experience can help others. Email me if I can help more. Sending lots of good wishes to you, and to Malus for ongoing recovery to good health. 🙂 xx

    • Thank you so much dear Victoria for your kind advice and information about cat food! ❤️
Malus used to eat a famouse brand dry food which is famouse for avoiding urolith( urinary stone) but it is including rice as it is written.
      I’ve ordered Applaw from amazon😃
Thank you so much for your great advice and I’m sure it is really useful for whom have a kitty😃❤️
      xxxxx

  3. Dear Malus, please eat the food you mommy gives you because it’s for your own good. I don’t want you to be sick and know you don’t like to feel sick. Be a good kitty.
Violet, I’m happy his blood test was better than the last one. Hopefully things will continue to improve for Malus.
    Love and hugs xoxo ♥

  4. So happy to hear that things are improving. It sounds as though “Neowatercolour” has given you good advice. I need to think about changing up Sundae and Gypsy’s food…..
Keep up the good work, Malus, sweet kitty!
    Sending good thoughts, Violet!

    • Thank you so much dear Dianna for your kind comment❤️❤️❤️
Yes, “Neowatercolor” advice is great and I already have ordered from amazon😁
I also searched in many sites about cats food and found most of the people are preferring to feed cats to dogs with non grain foods😃
A hug from me to Sandae and Gypsy❤️

I’m so glad that Malus’ health is improving! He looks as if he feels better–what a great photo! 🙂 There are lots of reputable web sources for information on making your own cat food, too, if you want to consider going that route. I did some research on this for our cat before she passed away a few years ago. If I had it to do over again, I would probably make her food myself. Here in the US, at any rate, the processed foods contain many contaminants, including some really awful stuff (e.g., plastics and veterinary pharmaceuticals) from the rendering plant; as well as the high grain content that Neowatercolour mentions. Some of the sites also have useful explanations of feline nutrition, which are worth reading just for the information. I’m sure better store-bought options exist now than in the past, but you might find it interesting to look into anyway. Nothing is too good for “our” Malus–the celebrity kitty! :-)) Your sketch is enchanting, too! 😉

    • Thank you so much dear Camilla for your kind comment and lovely advice!
Yes, I heard about some of those foods and also a news recently that those food in US has killed many dogs or cats.
Malus use to eat dry food ( hight quality brand here) but still it contains rice inside and made me think about that specially after reading Neowatercolor advice. I will try non grain, natural food for Malus and I’m sure it us much more safe😃❤️
I will try to cook for him sometimes too😃❤️And now searching recipes for him😃
Thank you so much dear friend for your kind supports❤️
      xoxo

  8. Dear Violet, I am so happy to read that Malus is home. I hope he continues to get better. What a lovely thank you your sketch is!! XX 🙂

  9. ah, violet…. most have had a beloved companion, sometimes more than one like me 😉 so we understand what it feels like to have them sick. i’m thrilled he is looking so much more like himself now…. the food question is interesting. i’ve had to put bella on a gluten free diet and sophie seems to do better on organic too. i get things thru amazon, if that helps you research things. since doing so, things have been much better so maybe there’s something to the foods. they recall so many of them, it’s sometimes scary but so far, fingers crossed, we’ve had good luck. i imagine there’s catfoods of the same type. xox

    • Thank you so much dear Linda for your kind, sweet comment and thank you so much for advice about cat foods❤️
Honestly I thought a really good brand may enough for them but now it is not right and should think about chemical contains or the origin of the foods ……
They are beloved companion as you said too and it is hard to see them sick 😔
I’ve already ordered Applaw from amazon and hope it come as soon as possible! 😃
Thank you dear friend for your supports❤️❤️❤️
