Lemon verbena

Hi everyone!
Today Violet sketched lemon verbena in flowers of her little garden.
In this season lemon verbena in flowers is little bit strange as Violet says!
Today she made a hot drink with them and lemon and honey! It looks yumm but she didn’t share with me! Instead of that she gave me this new mouse!
Hummmmmm, not so interesting toy!

  1. I love lemon verbena, it makes a lovely drink. When we lived up a mountain in S-E Queensland we had a huge bush. Unfortunately we were in a drought and the next-door farm used to let their cows graze on the verge and one got into our block and…..liked lemon verbena!

  2. very delicate Violet, especially where leaves overlap, love it. Malus has spotted there is something “different” with this mouse ! πŸ™‚ x

  3. Violet-this is beautiful and I agree, so delicate looking-Malus, I see you are a kitty of high standards and cannot be simply bought off with just any old toy! πŸ™‚

  4. very beautiful sketch, but the cat was expecting probably a more sofisticated toy that is why she did not like the mouse πŸ˜€

  5. Ah, nice, Violet!! πŸ™‚ xx

  6. Beautifully delicate, Lemon Verbena. Malus you are a picky kitty. That mouse looks like it could be lots of fun to toy with. πŸ™‚

    • Thank you so much dear Susan! ❀️
This is a good toy I thought but it seems not a good one for him! He just left it and didn’t play with that! 😁

  7. I’m a verbena lover too, Violet. You’ve captured this perfectly.

  8. This is so lovely, Violet.

  9. The lemon verbena must have flowered just so you could have a drink of tea. πŸ™‚

  10. Lovely! I can just smell the wonderful aroma of lemon and honey!
