Zucchini

Yesterday I bought those Zucchinis from an organic market .Thinking they are perfect for grilling with olive oil or gratin or even soup! But first of all I have to sketch this beautiful zucchinis before thinking about recipes!!!!

So here is what I sketched for today: Zucchinis, before and after!!!!

Cooked zucchini gratin with half of them at least!

How do you prefer to cook the zucchinie?

  1. olive oil, salt, pepper, toss slices (not wedges, rounds) to coat, place on greased cookie tray and top with peccorino, romano, parm (your choice) and bake in 375 oven until cheese is all melty and golden….YUM!

  2. Looks yummy! I like them sliced, coated with a little flour seasoned with salt and pepper, fried in olive oil and sprinkled with peccorino. I like the little crunch on the outside when they are cooked.
